At Adios Plastic, we believe in sustainable fashion and want you to be completely satisfied with your eco-friendly choices. If your garment isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all compostable tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your items back in the original biodegradable mailer and secure it using the second adhesive strip provided to minimize packaging waste.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return to ensure quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
